getting the word out with HARO

Recently, at my internship I have learned new methods of publicizing our website, www.hirefinders.com . SEO and SMO are great tools to advertise a new website/small business; however there are alternative ways to popularize your newly founded small business. HARO.com (Help A Reporter Out) is a great website that has journalists express their ideas for upcoming articles with the intention of having sources that match the nature of the article reply back with info on their topic. Sources then reply with more in depth information about the journalist’s topic, with the hopes of getting an article written about their new small business. Having an article written about your small business, describing your service/product is a perfect way to get the word out to the public.
